How It Works
1. It takes 2-5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.
2. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination.
3. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it's delivered to the end address.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Fashion Nova gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, use the prepaid return label option in our Returns Portal below!
